Missin you
The mornings still feel empty; in the evenings I still feel blue. There's not a day that goes by that I don't stop missin you.

Time seems to move slowly; yet everything is going so fast. It's hard to imagine that now your only in my past.

Sometimes it's like yesterday and sometimes it's so far away. My missin you never stops it's like an open hole me everyday. There seems to be so much time that goes by without you seeing me. The days don't stop me from my missin you. Oh how I wish that you could see.

Time seems to move slowly; yet everything is going so fast. It's hard to imagine that now your only in my past.

There's the really long days that make me ache for you. Then there's the fast days that I feel I was missin you. Like it went so fast I might have forgotten to see you. But never ever have I stopped my missin you.

I wish you could see us now; all the love you have created. As siblings growing up this picture we would've hated. But it's sure is hell knowing how much we all are missin you. It's hard as hell growing old without you.

Walking through a fog sometimes I get a glimpse of you. The sunshine breaking through to show me I am strong. The Rock in the land that keeps me holding on.

Time seems to move slowly while I'm missin you. The world moves so fast as I keep trudging through. You showed me the way so I'd make it without you but you never showed me how deal with my missin you.

WE WILL BE DISCUSSING THE BOOK 1ST THING THIS TIME TO ENSURE WE REALLY GET A GOOD DISCUSSION IN. PLAN ON TALKING BOOK FIRST THING THIS CLUB. PLAN ON DEVOTING ONE WHOLE HOUR TO THE BOOK AND BRING AS MANY NOTES, QUESTIONS, COMMENTS AS POSSIBLE TO FILL THE HOUR.

VI. Discussion of Tristana’s Book (1 hour discussion): Willie Nelson: It’s A Long Story
-All members MUST have 3 questions to evoke discussion with each question.
-No interruption of book talk (no personal talk) for first hour of club.
-All members MUST have a moment of the book that enlightened them to discuss (ie: something that you thought was interesting, someone you associate with, something that got you thinking, etc….)

Discussion: Accidental Tourist by Anne Tyler (Ali’s Pick)

Maren- Slow read. Liked the character development. Ending threw me. 3.5/5 Julie- Hated it. Boring and weird. Time waster. Would not recommend. 1/5 Jocelyn- Ok read, boring at times. Interesting perspective on the grieving process. 2/5 Ali- Boring overall. Good at descriptions but to lengthy at times. Fast transitions. 2.5-3/ 5

Discussion: The Windup Girl by Paolo Bacigalupi (Jocelyn’s Pick) Only Jocelyn and Julie finished

Jocelyn-Loved that book was based off GM foods. Enjoyed the politics and that it was a read you really had to pay attention too. Thought the book would be more about the Windup girl though. 3.5/5

Julie- Did NOT enjoy. Annoying to read. Too much detail or not enough detail. Confusing. Hated political corporation crap. 2.5/5

Ali- Loved the book! Entertained the whole time. Disappointed I didn’t finish.”I’m celebrating me and that takes time.” 4/5

Maren- I don’t like post apocalyptic books, I always want to be one of the first to die. Hated the rape scene. Well written though. 3/5

Meriah- Liked where book was going. Just couldn’t finish because I got so sick. 3/5

Tristana- Didn’t like. To techy. I just wanted to read and not look everything up. 2/5
